The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-energy, competitive Client Sales Executive who thrives on winning.
This is not a passive account management role. You’ll own a portfolio of existing Higher Logic customers—but your mission is to hunt within those accounts, uncover new opportunities, expand relationships, and drive measurable revenue growth.
The right person for this role brings urgency, curiosity, and persistence. You’re not afraid of the phone. You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them. You care about the scoreboard and want to win across all key metrics: pipeline, activity, and closed revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Generate pipeline aggressively within your existing client base through high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Prospect into new personas and stakeholders within customer organizations—not just your existing contacts
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Deliver compelling, tailored demos and presentations that connect business outcomes to Higher Logic solutions
- Drive consistent activity levels that fuel pipeline growth (calls, emails, meetings set, opportunities created)
- Build and maintain a strong, accurate pipeline with clear next steps and forecast visibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Consulting, and Finance to maximize customer outcomes and identify growth opportunities
- Challenge the status quo—bring new ideas to improve outreach, messaging, and conversion rates
- Meet and exceed quota while contributing to a high-performance, team-first culture

What You Bring
- Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong prospecting and outbound discipline, especially via phone
- Confidence navigating and selling into multiple stakeholders
- Skilled at handling objections and negotiating complex, multi-year deals
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A competitive mindset—you like to win and track your performance
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
