Job Description
Our Hitachi Solutions office in Sofia is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to coordinating interviews, supporting our other branches in Europe. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing (job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting), coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates to offer acceptance.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing insights and ensuring alignment on the hiring process and requirements.
- Define role profiles, responsibilities, compensation, and target candidate criteria together with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely, constructive candidate feedback and maintain strong overall candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates on pipelines and hiring progress, keeping hiring managers and HR Business partners informed on key metrics.
- Maintain accurate, confidential candidate records in line with company policies and data protection standards.
- Prepare required recruitment reports and documentation.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a solid understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
- Experience recruiting within the EMEA region.
- Previous exposure to the UK, French, or German markets is an advantage.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- French or German language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across departments and contribute to a team-oriented recruitment approach.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and supports a strong, connected recruitment team.
- Self driven, adaptable, and able to work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common recruitment tools/ATS platforms.
