About HonorBuilt
Founded in 2003, we are a nationwide technology deployment and support partner primarily for quick service and fast-casual restaurant brands and retailers. We have over 20 years of experience in IT services and consulting.
We provide end-to-end services, including new restaurant openings, structured wiring, technology refreshes, hot spare programs, and on-demand site visits. We offer a 24⁄7 US-based contact center for ongoing support and manage logistics for equipment procurement, staging, configuration, and shipping. We partner with leading suppliers of POS equipment, networking equipment, and digital signage.
We serve national franchisers and franchisees with 20 or more locations across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Our logistics centers are on the East Coast (McDonough, GA) and West Coast (Phoenix, AZ). Each year, we complete over 6,000 installations and manage 2,500 shipments per month.
We’ve completed projects like Kitchen Display System (KDS) rollouts for Black Bear Diner and Zaxby’s, and POS and back-office transformations for Golden Corral (using Qu POS, Decision Logic, and AT&T hardware) and Blaze Pizza (Qu POS). We’ve supported new store openings for Duck Donuts, Zaxby’s, Insomnia Cookies (covering POS, Back Office, Security, and Audio), Black Rock Coffee (Revel Systems), and Denny’s. We also install digital menu boards for clients like Zero In, Portillo’s, and Five Guys.
Mission & Values
Our purpose is “to care more, deliver more, and become more.” We operate under a set of guiding principles called “Honorisms.” These principles guide our motivations, work ethic, and how we interact internally and externally. They include: “Manners cost little but return much,” “A good name is more desirable than great riches,” “Thanks for playing,” “Stretch and fear not,” “Don’t Stop Until You’re Proud,” “There is no shortcut for the extra mile,” and “Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier.”
Team & Culture
We have a team of over 250 full-time W2 employees. Our professionals are passionate, dedicated, precise, efficient, meticulous, kind, and accountable problem-solvers. We prioritize continuous learning and professional development, living by the principle “Keep your saw sharp.”
We cultivate a supportive environment where we “raise people up” and build trust, extending a “family” approach to our customers. Our leadership team includes Andrew Stith (CEO), Danny Smith (COO), Alan Dean (CIO), Stewart Austin (VP Sales), and Jennifer Rawley (VP Professional Development).
We encourage employees to learn, mentor, and collaborate, applying new methods to complex challenges. Trust is central; we focus on performance over micromanagement, with promotions and pay based on skills and effort. We believe our full-time staff delivers the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Kindness and accountability are daily values. We see our work as a privilege, encouraging enjoyment and collaboration with colleagues, partners, and customers. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to serve and build, embracing new technologies and striving for continuous improvement.
We prioritize meticulous planning, precise execution, and superior support. Our team takes pride in doing work right, understanding that excellence comes from going the extra mile. We maintain high standards and deliver on our promises, building a strong reputation that we value more than short-term gains. Customers know they have a trusted partner throughout their project lifecycle.
