We started in 2004 as a specialist Executive Search agency. Today, we provide Recruitment and HR analysis, benchmarking, consulting, on-demand delivery, and outsourcing services. We help organizations design, develop, and improve their Recruitment and HR functions across the entire employee lifecycle.

We offer a 35-hour work week at full pay, with flexible patterns like 4-day weeks or shorter 5-day weeks. We also provide competitive salaries and hybrid or remote work options.

You start with 25 days of holiday, earning an extra day each year for your first five years. You also have the option to buy up to 5 more days.
