Job Description
Our client is the Polish subsidiary of an international group, specializing in beverage dispensing equipment and technical solutions. The company supports customers across Poland and plays a key role in the group’s global manufacturing and supply network. Locally, it manages procurement, logistics, and product data, offering a dynamic, international environment focused on quality, efficiency, and collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Procurement
Select suppliers and negotiate terms;
Plan procurement activities and run master planning;
Create and manage purchase orders;
Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, quotations, new products, availability, shipment coordination, and issue resolution;
Arrange transport for supplier pickups;
Approve purchase invoices and monitor supplier performance;
Handle customs clearance for goods received from outside the EU;
Product Management
Create and maintain product data in the ERP system;
Ensure accurate product details, including nomenclature, weights, country of origin, and coverage group;
Web Shop Management
Prepare products for listing: select eligible items, assign categories, add specifications, collect images, and upload product photos;
Set up customers and users in the web shop;
Company Car Administration
Manage leasing invoices and maintaining contact with leasing companies;
Coordinate tire changes, service appointments, and insurance validity checks;
Oversee post-accident repairs and comprehensive insurance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in procurement and supplier management (2-3 years);
- Familiarity with ERP systems and product data management;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively;
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures is an advantage;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
