This is a high-impact senior role where the right person can shape the future of quality engineering, strengthen release confidence, and create major long-term value for the engineering organization. You will take ownership of backend automation and play a key role in shaping QA practices.
Responsibilities
Extend and maintain Playwright-based end-to-end coverage;
Design and implement backend E2E and integration test suites in .NET;
Improve framework structure, reliability, and maintainability;
Help define automation strategy across UI, API, and backend layers;
Support CI/CD integration, result reporting, and coverage improvements;
Work closely with developers and product owners on quality risks and regression coverage;
Raise the overall maturity of automation practices and test architecture.
5+ years in test automation;
Strong Playwright experience with TypeScript;
Strong .NET / xUnit automation experience;
Hands-on experience withΒ Selenium WebDriver (C#) and POM, with familiarity in Appium.
Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing;
Experience building or significantly improving automation frameworks;
Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills;
CI/CD awareness and practical test pipeline understanding.

SignalR testing;
MongoDB-related testing;
Test reporting tools (Allure, ExtentReports);
Experience in regulated or operationally complex systems.

The offered salary: 4000-5500 Eur gross/month. Salary expectations will be discussed based on your competencies and experience.
