Our origins trace back to Benefits Solutions Group, established in 1997 by Bruce Leon. It evolved into Tandem Professional Employer Services (PES) before rebranding to Tandem HR in 2008 to reflect our expanded service offerings. We are the largest privately held PEO in the Midwest, focusing on tailored HR solutions for small to medium-sized businesses.
We offer a comprehensive suite of HR services designed to streamline administrative tasks. These services include full payroll administration, covering processing, reporting, and tax compliance. We manage employee benefits, assisting with plan selection, administration, and open enrollment. We also provide human resources expertise in areas like employee relations, onboarding, training and development, and performance management solutions.
