We are excited to announce openings for 3 Co-op positions within our Global Events Marketing Team, focusing on:

  • Event Production
  • Programming
  • Enablement

As a Co-op, you will play a vital role in supporting our flagship events, including INBOUND and the international GROW series. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event production, content strategy, programming, and audience engagement while working alongside industry professionals.

Event Production Co-op (Global Events)

Role Summary

As an Event Production Co-op, you’ll support flagship events like INBOUND, the international GROW series, and regional field events by ensuring operational excellence across attendee experience, production support, and event logistics. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer service, live event operations, and production coordination—building foundational experience in large-scale B2B event production while directly impacting the attendee journey. This is an opportunity to learn how complex events come together—from planning through execution—at a global scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Support event production and management by assisting with INBOUND, Partner Day logistics, and other Global Events logistics, preparing event materials, helping with setup and breakdown, assisting with event supplies, branded merchandise item,s and providing general support to the production team while learning about all aspects of live event execution.
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for attendee inquiries, resolving issues with empathy, accuracy, and speed across HubSpot’s global event portfolio.
  • Assist with day-to-day attendee and HubSpotter communication, such as our Slack channels and online communities.
  • Maintain and improve event support documentation, canned responses, and internal knowledge bases to ensure consistent attendee communications.
  • Organize, archive, and distribute post-event media assets, including video, photography, and session recordings
  • Assist with event logistics such as schedules, run-of-show documents, and production timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Help manage event documentation, trackers, and post-event recaps to capture learnings and improvements.
  • Contribute to on-the-day event support to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
  • Assist with post-event follow-ups, reporting, and operational wrap-ups.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an education program and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op.
  • Able to commit to a full-time, 40-hour/week co-op from July to October 2026.
  • Previous experience supporting events, marketing programs, or large projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in event production and event/meeting planning and production.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace or similar).
  • Ability to travel to Boston for INBOUND support in September

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working with spreadsheets, project trackers, or timelines.
  • Interest in global marketing or international event programs.

Programming Co-op (Global Events)

Role Summary

As a Programming Co-op on the Global Events team, you’ll support the content and agenda development behind HubSpot’s flagship events, including large-scale conferences and virtual experiences. This role is ideal for a student who’s curious about event programming, content strategy, and audience experience, and wants hands-on exposure to how global events come to life. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, producers, and subject-matter experts to help deliver memorable, high-impact experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and organization of event agendas, session lineups, and speaker information.
  • Assist with speaker outreach, scheduling, and communication to keep programming on track.
  • Help manage programming workflows, timelines, and documentation across multiple events.
  • Review session submissions and content drafts to ensure clarity, consistency, and audience relevance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (events, marketing, production) to execute programming plans.
  • Research industry trends, speakers, and topics to inform content decisions.
  • Support live and virtual event execution needs related to programming and content.
  • Contribute ideas to improve attendee experience and session quality.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with basic productivity tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or similar).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Prior experience with events, marketing programs, or content production.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable).
  • Interest in technology, business, or SaaS industries.
  • Experience conducting research or working with speakers or contributors.

Enablement Co-op (Global Events)

Role Summary

As an Enablement Co-op on the Global Events team, you’ll support the systems, content, and processes that help HubSpot teams deliver high-impact event experiences around the world. You’ll partner closely with event marketers, producers, and cross-functional teams to enable consistency, clarity, and scale across global programs. This role is ideal for someone curious, organized, and excited to learn how enablement supports world-class events.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the creation, organization, and upkeep of enablement materials used by Global Events teams.
  • Help maintain documentation, playbooks, and resources that improve event execution and consistency.
  • Assist with onboarding and knowledge sharing for new tools, processes, or programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure enablement content is accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to project coordination across multiple global event initiatives.
  • Track updates, feedback, and improvements to enablement resources over time.
  • Learn and apply HubSpot tools and systems to support scalable event operations.

What You’ll Bring

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Hourly Cash Compensation Range:

$25—$25 USD
