We operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and enablement, and our work shapes the experience of sales reps across HubSpot globally.
Job Summary: This role sits within HubSpot’s broader Revenue Operations organization and is part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team. Reporting to a Sr. Manager of GTM Strategy & Operations, the team helps shape how HubSpot plans, measures, and improves global sales performance, with annual sales planning serving as its core focus. Partnering across the business, the team develops sales targets, planning guardrails, forecasting models, and operational strategies that support scalable growth across HubSpot’s global GTM organization.
As a Lead Sales Strategy Analyst, you’ll work closely with teams responsible for pipeline generation and revenue growth, including Marketing, BDR, Partner, Sales Operations, FP&A, and executive leadership. You’ll help translate business priorities into data-driven recommendations and actionable plans. You’ll also play a central role in corporate sales reporting, quarterly commit cycles, and strategic analysis, helping leaders make informed decisions in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data, thrives in ambiguity, and can confidently communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. In this role you’ll get to:

- Deliver timely reporting and insights that support day-to-day decisions, quarterly planning, and executive visibility
- Own key components of annual sales planning and forecasting processes for your business area
Strategy & Execution
- Help shape sales strategy by translating business priorities into planning assumptions, targets, and operational recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, BDR, FP&A, and Operations to drive planning work from problem definition through execution
- Support high-impact initiatives and ad hoc analyses that keep the business moving and improve how we plan, measure, and grow
Sales Enablement & Communication
- Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders across the GTM organization, including senior leadership
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems, ask thoughtful questions, and help teams align around the right path forward
We are looking for people who:

- Are excellent communicators who can present effectively, document requirements clearly, and collect and synthesize user feedback
- Have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Experience automating reporting, improving operational processes, or scaling analytical workflows
- Experience using AI tools to drive increased productivity
Nice to Have:
