Senior Executive Assistant
About the Role
HubSpot is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support 1–2 Vice Presidents within our Global Customer Success org. We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with senior leaders. You’ll play a key role in helping our Customer Success executives maximize their time, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively as HubSpot continues to grow.
This role is based in our Dublin office and follows a hybrid working model.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars for Customer Success Vice Presidents, prioritizing requests and ensuring time aligns with key business objectives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Organize executive meetings, leadership sessions, customer events, and offsites, managing all on-site logistics as required.
- Partner closely with Executive Assistants and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate priorities and deliver a seamless executive support experience.
- Create and improve scalable processes, documentation, and workflows that increase efficiency and support the evolving needs of the Customer Success leadership team.
- Anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgment, and provide proactive support while handling confidential information with discretion.

- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across all levels of an organization.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Experience coordinating complex travel and executive events.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Individual compensation packages are determined using objective, role-related criteria, which may include skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
€85.000—€100.000 EUR
