We are part of the Hunter Douglas worldwide group, a global leader in custom window fashions and a major manufacturer of architectural products. We design and manufacture window coverings, blinds, shutters, awnings, and softshades. We created the aluminum blind in 1946. Our proprietary products offer style and functionality, with features like insulation, natural light management, motorization, child safety, and sound absorption. Our key brands include Luxaflex Window Fashions.

In Australia, we are the largest supplier of window coverings. We operate an assembly division for premium, custom-made window covering products under the Luxaflex® brand. These facilities are located at Rydalmere, NSW, and Yatala, Queensland. We also sell window covering components to independent fabricators who assemble finished products for consumers. Our components are marketed under the Mermet and Turnils brands. We also provide private label brands like Vogue, Premier, Betta, and Boniwell through licensed independent operators.

Globally, the Hunter Douglas Group was established in Germany in 1919 and comprises over 130 companies. It operates more than 47 manufacturing and 86 assembly facilities across over 100 countries, employs about 23,000 people, and has sales exceeding $US3.63 billion. We have invested in renewable energy, installing 2080 solar panels at our primary Australian manufacturing site in Sydney.
