We develop software to help buy and sell energy in competitive markets. Our cloud connectivity solutions link brokers, aggregators, consultants, agents, suppliers, and customers across the retail energy value chain.
Our main products include:
- Sparkplug, a retail energy sales platform. It supports C&I brokerage, mass markets, aggregators, and online shopping sites with tools for lead management, pricing, and commission reconciliation. Over 10% of commercial and industrial (C&I) transactions globally use Sparkplug.
- Propeller, a sales management solution for retail energy suppliers. It connects sales channels (direct, indirect, mass markets, and digital) to back-office operations like pricing, credit, risk, EDI, CIS, and billing.
- Exchange, a secure hub that lets brokers and suppliers exchange retail energy data.
- Exchange Live, an online e-procurement solution that gives customers a real-time experience with their broker and supplier relationships.
- Power Portal, an agent-management solution. It offers a self-service platform for third-party agents to drive retail energy sales.
- Customer Connect, a customer-facing solution for brokers and suppliers to offer end-use customers a data management platform.
- CRAFT, a solution for processing commission transactions for retail energy suppliers. It has processed over $1 billion in commission transactions.
We work with over 130 companies. We prioritize data security and hold ISO-27001 certification. All production sites use 128-bit SSL encryption for data in transit, and production databases are encrypted at rest. Security measures also include Microsoft Azure Active Threat Protection and Monitoring, 90-day full database point-in-time restore capabilities, and no identities stored in databases.
