About the Role
iCapital is seeking a dynamic Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) Product Marketer to join the Product Marketing team within the Marketing and Communications department. This role will play a central part in advancing the ETFs business, driving the marketing agenda, defining the narrative, shaping positioning and messaging, and leading end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution across wealth manager and retail investor audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute GTM strategies that span product readiness, sales enablement, client communications, events, and paid media.
- Define and evolve the ETFs narrative, positioning, and messaging.
- Drive sales enablement efforts through the creation of high-impact materials (i.e. client-ready narratives, FAQs, talk tracks, presentations, scenario-based use cases, and fact sheets), aligned to ETF strategies.
- Shape how GTMs and ETF launches are run, going forward.
- Partner with the Sales team to reflect buying behavior, objections, and scenario-specific use cases.
- Own the development and evolution of advisor- and end-investor-ready content.
- Use data-driven insights to expand reach, optimize performance, and drive business growth.
- Stay conversant in ETFs, the industry landscape, and product trends, including active ETFs in the defined outcome ETFs and income ETFs categories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or in a related field
- 7+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, preferably within fintech, asset management or wealth management
- Demonstrated track record of success developing and managing successful integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines
- Experience with or working knowledge of ETFs and financial professional distribution
- Ownership mindset and able to lead programs from conception to completion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects in varying degrees of implementation
- Strong analytical skills, translating data and insights into actionable strategies
- Able to build relationships, consensus build, and influence across a large, matrixed organization
- Experience working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrated success in managing ambiguity and driving results in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
