We started as Hirsch Electronics Corporation, founded by Steven B. Hirsch, who created the ScramblePad technology. In 2009, Hirsch Electronics merged with SCM Microsystems to form Identiv. In 2024, we merged with Vitaprotech, a European security provider.
We have corporate headquarters in Fremont, CA, operational headquarters in Santa Ana, CA, and federal headquarters in Arlington, VA. Our global centers are in Dallas, TX, Canada, and Chennai, India. We have over 150 employees and work with more than 400 partners, serving over 5,000 customers worldwide and securing over 100,000 doors.
