We are a FOCI-mitigated subsidiary of IDEMIA Global. We provide identity credentials, biometrics, and video analytic solutions to U.S. Federal and Intelligence Communities, including the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, State, and other intelligence agencies.

Our specialization covers identity management, secure credentials, biometrics, video analytics, and access control solutions. Our expertise includes fingerprint algorithms, AFIS, facial recognition, artificial intelligence, digital ID, digital security, border control, authentication, public security, smart borders, and IoT security.

We offer several core solutions:

• Enterprise Identity for identity matching.
• ID2ACCESS for identity vetting and verification.
• Secure Credentials such as smart cards, identification documents, and mobile IDs.
• Tactical Operations for real-time video and data analysis.

With over 60 years of experience in identity intelligence, our solutions are rated by NIST for speed, accuracy, and reliability. We support U.S. Federal Law Enforcement and Homeland Security missions, including programs within the Department of Justice, Department of State, and the United States Postal Service. For the Department of Defense, we provide solutions like video analytics, contactless biometrics, mobile biometric enrollment, installation security, and continuous vetting, powering the DoD Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS). We also work with the Intelligence Community to provide identity solutions.

We employ between 51 and 200 individuals, organized into Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) scrum teams. Our work environment focuses on product development and delivery, emphasizing hands-on coding, building systems for Linux and Windows, and researching new technologies.

We collaborate within our scrum teams to achieve sprint goals and apply sound engineering practices. Remote opportunities are available, and we focus on delivering software solutions for government customers.

• We offer three medical plan options for individuals and families, along with ²⁴⁄₇ telehealth services. Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Dependent Care FSAs are available.
• We provide two dental plans through a national carrier, covering routine exams, cleanings, and other services. A vision plan through a national carrier covers routine eye exams, glasses, or contact lenses.
• Accident Injury Insurance and Hospital Care Insurance are also provided.
• Basic life insurance, basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and short-term or long-term disability insurance are automatic and provided at no cost to eligible employees.
• Our Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits combine vacation, sick, and personal days, accrued bi-weekly based on years of service.
• We observe ten holidays per calendar year.
• Paid parental leave is available for childbirth or adoption, as is bereavement leave. We also grant paid time off for jury or witness duty and encourage voting.
• A 401(K) retirement plan is offered, with us matching 100% of employee contributions up to a maximum of 6%.
