We are now looking for an experienced Backend Java Developer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of Java applications and Microservices
Code reviews and ensuring code quality
Support and mentoring of junior team members
Collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other development teams
Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and task planning
Coordination of technical matters across different teams
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in software development with Java
Very good knowledge of modern Java versions (11+)
Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architectures
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
Experience with REST APIs and relational databases
Good knowledge of Git
Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
Very good command of English
