We are seeking a dynamic and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that improve our clients’ business processes and information systems.
Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and capture requirements to support software solutions
Document and communicate specifications to technical teams and clients
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Configure systems to implement business processes
Participate in the design and optimization of business workflows
Plan, prepare, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Maintain continuous communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
University degree (Computer Science or related field – a Master’s degree is a plus)
At least 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software application consulting
Experience in Business Automation and/or Digital Transformation projects
Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements
Good understanding of business systems (ERP, CRM, Workflow systems, or other enterprise applications)
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with document management and workflow solutions
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric approach
Excellent command of English
