As our consulting and outsourcing business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized Junior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Engineering positions across internal and client projects, working closely with senior recruiters
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and support recruitment priorities
Help manage multiple open positions at once, contributing to a smooth and positive candidate experience
Support the sourcing and building of talent pipelines, developing your market mapping and networking skills over time
Get hands-on exposure recruiting across a range of technologies like Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cyber Security and ERP with guidance from the team
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools to help identify qualified candidates (training provided)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Solid organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, hiring managers and deadlines
Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused work
Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven recruitment
Fluency in both Greek and English
Nice to Have:
Any internship/entry level experience in recruitment — especially within the technology sector
Experience supporting Outsourced Recruitment, Staff Augmentation or Managed Services projects
