Our Treasury team is looking for support at the earliest possible date at our Berlin or Munich office.

How your role will look like:

  • Payment & Treasury Operations: Manage group-wide payment operations, including payment approvals and the implementation and maintenance of the group payment policy. Drive the development and continuous improvement of digital payment processes.
  • Liquidity & Cash Management: Oversee operational liquidity planning in close coordination with the accounting teams across Scout24 Group entities, optimize the group cash pooling structure, and prepare liquidity and cash flow reporting.
  • Reporting & Financial Steering: Prepare regular treasury reports for Management and the Supervisory Board, support working capital management and optimization, and contribute to investment decisions through financial analyses.
  • Systems & Treasury Projects: Support the finance organization in the effective use of treasury management systems, contribute to treasury-related strategic initiatives, and support the integration of newly acquired entities into the Scout24 Group.
  • Banking Relationships: Act as a key contact for corporate banking partners in Spain.

What you need to succeed:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in finance, including at least 2 years in treasury or within a banking environment in Spain.
  • Analytical Accuracy: High level of attention to detail combined with a structured and reliable working approach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in Spanish, German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong team orientation with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a high degree of self-organization.
  • Learning Agility: Curiosity, flexibility and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
  • Tools: Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Coupa Treasury (tm5), FXAll or Eikon (Reuters) considered an advantage.
  • AI: Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
