Every onboarding, payroll run, contract update, and employee interaction contributes to the overall employee experience.

In this role, you collaborate with and support a portfolio of employees and people leaders, ensuring high-quality People Operations across the full employee lifecycle. You ensure that all core HR processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time, while supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters. Some responsibilities may not be listed here but are considered part of the role as business needs change.

  • Support managers with day-to-day HR topics and employee cases, ensuring consistent application of policies and processes.

  • Build strong working relationships with employees and managers across different teams and locations.

  • Provide clear and professional communication in sensitive or complex situations.

People Projects & Process Improvements (20%)

  • Support and contribute to improving, automating, and streamlining HR processes, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

  • Contribute to and take ownership of parts of people-related projects and process improvements.

  • Support initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience and effectiveness of the people team.

  • Use data and insights to support improvements and inform decision-making.
