About Wayfinder
We were founded in 2015, developing our platform at the Stanford University d.school. We offer a PreK-12 platform for purpose-driven learning. Our platform combines research-backed curriculum, MTSS-aligned supports, and real-time data to help students succeed in school and life.
We provide daily lessons, district-wide data tools, thematic Collections, and over 2000 activities. Our Core Curriculum focuses on six future-ready skills: Self-Awareness, Adaptability, Empathy, Collaboration, Agency, and Purpose. The Waypoints assessment suite shows student progress and suggests activities.
We also develop research-based Tier 2 and Tier 3 curriculum collections for PK–12 students. These address behavioral and social-emotional topics like elopement, defiance, aggression, and conflict repair/peer mediation. We support educators with training and guidance.
Our program reaches 1.5 million students in nearly 4000 schools worldwide, including districts like Des Moines Public Schools, Rockford Public Schools, Douglas County School District, and the Hawaiʻi State Department of Education. Common Sense Education has given us their highest Learning Rating.
