We are looking for an Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and automation. Our aim is to automate all internal processes across all departments from operations, project management, HR, Sales and marketing.

About the role
This is a freelance role, which means we’ll give you clear tasks, and you’ll be paid for completing them. There’s easily a few months of full-time work ahead, with the possibility of turning into a full-time position for the right fit after the initial 3 months.
You’ll work closely with our CEO, and multiple departments in an effort to break information silos and leverage the terabytes of data we already have. We’re looking for someone who builds automations and looks for smarter, faster ways of doing things.
What you’ll do:
Act as a partner to team leaders in the organization helping them achieve their business goals.
Conceive, design, build, and maintain automated workflows.
Proactively suggest and implement new automation and process improvements without waiting for assignments.
Document processes, monitor results, and measure impact of improvements.

Contract: B2B / freelance
Rate: 90 - 150 PLN net / hour (depending on your experience)

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
You have solid experience with Clay (must-have) and it’s a plus if you’re also familiar with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, and practical knowledge of AI models, as well as CRM platforms like HubSpot.
You’re comfortable writing scripts, running SQL queries, working with APIs, or gluing systems together with low-code solutions.
You think like an engineer - you can identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, fix the root cause, and track performance, but also you’re able to map and rethink processes.
You communicate excellently and have a proactive approach, while your English is at B2+ level.
You’re self-directed but collaborative, and value quick feedback loops to iterate on your work.
You can focus on the goals the organization must achieve, not how it will achieve them.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Google Apps Script, or Python to tackle more advanced automation cases.
Experience supporting teams across multiple internal teams with automation,
Background in data analysis or reporting.
