Job Description
This Role
As a Commercial Insights Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting IQ-EQ’s commercial strategy by delivering actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. Working within the Sales Operations & Enablement team, you will collaborate across multiple business sectors to identify opportunities, optimize sales performance, and strengthen client relationships through data-driven decision-making.
What you will do:
- Perform research on key markets to build insight into those sectors and to identify potential commercial opportunities.
- Identify new sales opportunities either from existing clients or prospects.
- Analyze client portfolios and transaction patterns to uncover cross-sell and upsell potential.
- Support the development of targeted campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Utilize CRM and BI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data effectively.
- Create presentation material for internal trainings, client meetings and pitches.

Qualifications
About You
- Proactive, with a passion for client service and strong commercial awareness.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI, plus experience with CRM applications.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial services industry trends.
- Well organized, able to priorities effectively, and resilient under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A confident team player, eager to grow and share expertise within IQ-EQ Group.
