This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of two (2) days per week on‑site in the Bracknell office, with additional on‑site presence required
Are you passionate about technology and ready to dive into the world of IT support? Join Ivanti as an IT Support Engineer (Information Technology Specialist) and play a vital role in delivering seamless technical assistance that empowers our teams to work securely—everywhere.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to Ivanti employees (on-site and remote)
- Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, connectivity, and access
- Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and MFA via Active Directory and Azure AD
- Assist with Microsoft 365 services – Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Track incidents and service requests using ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets
- Image, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices
- Onboard new hires, ensuring their workstations are set up and ready
- Document solutions for our growing knowledge base
- Deliver friendly, professional, and customer-centric support, aligning with Ivanti’s values
What you will bring:
- Some work experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Good understanding of troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Eager to build on your IT skills and grow your career path
- Great communicator with a customer-first attitude
- Availability to work on-site at our Bracknell office on Mondays and Wednesdays (with additional on-site presence as needed) don’t worry, we have free on site parking!
