Ivanti is currently seeking an exceptional individual who will provide leadership for our US sales organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of America’s Sales, the RVP of Sales NE Region will be responsible for driving top line revenue and company growth. This is a unique opportunity for a business focused leader with a desire to present a vision, drive growth, and evangelize our products and services. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Drive the development and launch of secure, compliant software products that transform our clients’ operations.
- Set Strategic Vision: Define product roadmaps aligned to our prospects and client’s business needs.
- Build Impactful Teams: Inspire and develop high-performing teams dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation.
- Engage Decision Makers: Own executive relationships with key agency clients, system integrators, and stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 8 individual contributors focused on creating demand, sales closures, and account management to Enterprise Accounts.
- Work with marketing, channel partners, and carriers to develop specific Go-to-market and demand generation activities.
- Engage with leadership within strategic Enterprise accounts as their executive sponsor.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience building, delivering, and leading enterprise software product teams.
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams or departments in a high-growth, agile environment.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, SDLC, cloud platforms, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with government clients, partners, and attend industry events.
