Originally founded in 2018 as Lively, we provide direct-to-consumer hearing care using telemedicine. We offer Jabra Enhance Select hearing aids, including models like the Select 700, 300, and 50R. These devices are Bluetooth-enabled, rechargeable, and deliver 360-degree sound.

Customers can take an online hearing test, receive custom-programmed hearing aids at home, and get three years of virtual audiology support. This includes unlimited appointments and adjustments with a licensed Audiology Team through our app. We also offer a 100-day risk-free trial, a 3-year warranty, free lifetime US-based customer support, and free shipping and returns.

In 2021, GN, a manufacturer of hearing aids and audio products, acquired us. In 2022, we partnered with Jabra to create the Jabra Enhance online hearing business, combining GN’s and Jabra’s audio engineering and hearing solutions expertise. We want to make hearing care accessible and affordable for the estimated 48 million Americans with hearing loss.
