Job Description
Make a difference in the world of branded protein snacking as Market Logistics Lead UK&I at Jack Link’s EMEA.
This position is based in Richmond and you will be reporting to the Logistics Manager EMEA.
The Market Logistics Lead ensures efficient, reliable, and cost-effective logistics operations across designated markets, overseeing warehousing, inventory accuracy and health, transportation coordination, order fulfillment, and customer logistics collaboration. This role acts as the primary operational contact for internal teams and Third Party Logistics (3PL) partners, guaranteeing seamless flow of goods from warehouse to customer.
The Market Logistics Lead drives continuous improvement, ensures system accuracy, supports S&OP and S&OE processes, and upholds safety, compliance, and operational excellence while representing and reinforcing Jack Link’s culture and values.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Logistics & Warehousing Operations including: Lead daily operations with 3PL warehouses, monitor and manage stock transfers and returns, transportation and logistics operations management. Cost performance tracking.
Inventory Management & Systems Accuracy: Perform daily inventory analysis and reconciliation while ensuring cycle counts, stock checks, and adjustments on time.
Customer Logistics & Service: Serve as a key logistics contact for customer service, sales, finance, planning, and 3PL partners to meet On-Time Delivery, Case Fill, and Stock Accuracy targets.
Performance Tracking & KPI Management: Perform weekly KPI monitoring and analysis, identifying root causes and defining action plans to achieve targets for stock accuracy and on-time outbound deliveries.
S&OP & S&OE Support: Leads daily market meeting coordinating cross-functional team to optimize OTIF, product and customer launches / promotions and other KPIs.Provide logistics inputs into weekly S&OE and monthly S&OP meetings, including warehouse constraints, service performance, operational risks, and key trends.

Qualifications
UK Citizenship and/or a valid work permit is required. Jack Link’s EMEA does not offer via sponsorship or a relocation package for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company’s corporate language.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field; Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, or similar certifications are a plus.
- 8–10 years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, ideally in FMCG or fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing 3PL operations and driving high service performance.
- Demonstrated success in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and ERP/WMS system usage.
- Familiarity with SAP, APO, IBP, S&OP and S&OE cycles.
- Strong expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and customer logistics.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
- Problem-solving and crisis-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, APO / IBP, WMS systems, Excel, Power BI and logistics reporting tools.
- Financial awareness to assess cost drivers and optimize cost-to-serve.
