Job Description
Jalasoft is seeking an experienced .NET C# Technical Lead to drive the technical vision and lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and implementation of backend services using C# and .NET technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure the application of best practices in software development to meet client requirements efficiently.
Must Have:
7+ years of overall software development experience as a backend developer.
Strong experience with C# and .NET 8+.
Solid knowledge of Cloud development (AWS fundamentals,).
Good software engineering practices (clean code, separation of concerns, maintainability, architecture patterns).
Experience leading or coordinating development teams.
Strong background in designing and evolving scalable architectures within the C# and React ecosystem.
Proven experience leading technical estimation, sprint planning, and delivery, ensuring accurate scoping and efficient execution.
Ability to mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Experience with task and repository management tools.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms.
Good English communication.
