Job Description
Jalasoft is seeking an experienced and highly organized Scrum Master to lead and support one Agile development team. The ideal candidate is a servant‑leader who promotes Agile values, fosters team collaboration, removes impediments, and ensures that each team consistently delivers high‑quality software in alignment with business goals.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent facilitation capabilities.
The ability to work closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
Scrum/Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) are a plus.
Remote work.
