Job Description
Jalasoft is looking for a talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with expertise in API testing using Pytest to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests for our APIs, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Your experience in test automation will play a critical role in enhancing our testing processes and collaborating with development teams to improve software quality. Must have:
- Years of experience: 5+
- Pytest (testing framework)
- Strong API knowledge (REST + authentication; uses the “request” library)
- K6 (performance testing framework)
- GitLab CI/CD for continuous test execution
Plus:
Containerized testing (use Docker to run the tests)
GCP Platform (familiarity with services such as databases, Secret Manager, Cloud Storage buckets, AI services, logging, etc.)
Remote work
