Jalasoft is looking for a highly skilled Senior/Lead Vue.js Front-End Developer to join our talented team. In this leadership role, you will drive the development of innovative, high-performance web applications using Vue.js. You will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, ensuring coding standards, and architecting robust front-end solutions. Must-Have
- Proven experience leading frontend teams, defining coding standards, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Strong coordination skills to align with Product, Design, and Backend, and to break down and manage team tasks effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of complex features end-to-end and make solid technical decisions.
- Experience mentoring other developers and guiding best practices in Vue and frontend architecture.
- At least 7+ years overall experience in frontend development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js ( Vue 3 preferred).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid understanding of TypeScript.
- Knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable UI design.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3/CSS Frameworks, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to translate Figma wireframes or partial UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional components.
- Good understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and attention to design details.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs integration and asynchronous data handling ( Axios, Fetch).
- Experience with modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks commonly used in Vue.js projects ( Vitest, Jest, @vue/test-utils).
- Version control using Git/GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
- Good communication skills, proactive collaboration with designers, backend devs, and QA.
- Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Telerik components (Kendo UI for Vue or other UI component libraries).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
Performance optimization and profiling of Vue apps.
