Content Marketing

Job description

Description

As Content Marketing Manager DACH, you own the regional content strategy and execution — from narrative and messaging to hands-on production and repurposing. You’ll be the go-to person for content quality and brand consistency in the DACH region, partnering closely with the regional go-to-market function and the global content team to drive measurable impact across pipeline, brand awareness, and organic visibility.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Roadmap (≈40%)

  • Own and maintain the DACH content roadmap aligned with regional marketing priorities and commercial goals.

  • Be the tone-of-voice guardian for DACH: ensure content is consistent with Tellent’s positioning and brand standards across channels

  • Partner with the Regional Campaign Manager to develop campaign concepts and ensure every asset meets a high bar for clarity, relevance, and conversion.

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to support PR initiatives, turning brand moments into repeatable visibility and authority.

Content Creation & Management (≈40%)

  • Create standout customer advocacy content (case studies, testimonials, quotes, video highlights, review narratives).

  • Write and ship creative high-quality content across the funnel: emails, nurture flows, landing page copy, social posts, ad copy, event assets.

  • Manage and brief freelancers/partners when needed (e.g., long-form assets, multimedia), including:

    • clear briefs, outlines, messaging guidance

    • editing, feedback, and QA

    • delivery timelines and stakeholder alignment

  • Repurpose PR coverage and brand moments into content bundles (blog, social, newsletter, nurture sequences, sales enablement snippets).

SEO & Evergreen Content (≈20%)

  • Review, edit, and provide feedback on freelance-produced content (e.g., blogs, guides, social posts) to ensure quality, regional resonance and brand alignment to support long-term evergreen content and SEO goals.

  • Monitor and report on content and SEO performance (e.g., organic sessions, rankings, branded search visibility, conversions).

  • Collaborate with the global content team on SEO + LLM/search initiatives (≈1 day/week) to strengthen overall discoverability and content performance.

Your 12-month journey as a Content Marketeer

In your first 3 months

  • Become fluent in Tellent’s products, ICP, differentiators, and the DACH HR market.

  • Build relationships across Marketing, Sales, Product, and CS to understand what prospects and customers care about.

  • Audit existing DACH content and launch a clear regional content roadmap with priorities, formats, and cadence

By month 6

  • Consistently ship high-quality content that supports campaigns and creates measurable momentum (engagement, conversion contribution, and sales enablement value).

  • Establish a reliable content engine with clear briefs, smooth collaboration, and predictable output.

  • Share learnings and best practices with the wider marketing team across regions.

By month 12

  • You’re recognized as the DACH content lead and trusted partner for PR and brand visibility.

  • You’ve built a coherent regional narrative and a content system that scales.

  • You actively shape regional marketing direction based on performance insights and business needs.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years experience in a content-focused marketing role (hands-on writing required).

  • Native or bilingual German and professional English proficiency.

  • Strong ability to create content that supports commercial outcomes (pipeline impact, conversions, adoption, retention — depending on focus).

  • Excellent editorial judgment: structure, clarity, tone-of-voice, and audience empathy.

  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

  • A test-and-learn mindset: you enjoy experimenting with formats, angles, and repurposing strategies.

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (search intent, on-page best practices, content briefs).

What we offer

  • Remote or hybrid working in Netherlands, France or Germany

  • A chance to shape content in a high-growth European scale-up.

  • €1,500 annual training budget

  • 30 paid holiday days in Germany/The Netherlands

  • Pension scheme & fitness subscription

  • Apple MacBook + home office budget and allowance

  • Work from anywhere 4 weeks per year

  • Inclusive, international environment — ambitious goals and a lot of fun along the way

  • High-impact role at one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies
