A project and performance management platform for architecture and engineering firms.

About Monograph

We created our project and performance management platform for architecture and engineering (A&E) firms. It helps A&E firms manage tasks, track time, and invoice clients. Our platform brings together different project management tools, giving you real-time financial data and automated processes to streamline your business. This helps with decision-making by clarifying budgets, projects, time, and client relationships.

Our features include time tracking, real-time budgets, project scheduling, resource planning, forecasting, staffing, analytics, reports, and managing consultant bills. We also handle invoicing and payments, all with dedicated customer support. We integrate with QuickBooks Online for project accounting.

Former architectural designers Robert Yuen, Alex Dixon, and Moe Amaya founded Monograph in 2019. Today, over 13,500 architects and engineers at more than 1,900 firms use our platform to manage $14.5 billion in project fees. Our customers report completing business tasks 67% faster, billing 2.3 times quicker, and reducing budget overages by 44%. Software plans start at $25 per user per month.

While we serve A&E firms of all sizes, most of our US-based customers have between 3 and 30 employees, though we support firms from 1 to over 100 employees.
