About Jump

We offer a unified platform for sports teams and venues, connecting ticketing, content, commerce, marketing, and fan data in one system. Our platform helps teams eliminate ticketing fees, recapture lost revenue, increase fan lifetime value through smarter upsells and owned data, and streamline operations. We integrate primary ticketing, white-labeled fan apps, and team websites, giving teams ownership and control over their data, revenue, and brand.

Our founders are Marc Lore, Alex Rodriguez, and Jordy Leiser. We are backed by investors like Forerunner, Will Ventures, Mastry, and Courtside. We developed the platform with input from over 70 teams across leagues such as the NBA, NHL, NFL, NWSL, WNBA, MLS, and MLB. The Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, for example, use our platform exclusively for their fan experience and ticketing. NC Courage saw strong results with us, including launching thousands of personalized offers in four months, migrating 100% of season ticket members with no drop-off, tripling in-season season ticket sales year over year, and a 33% increase in non-season ticket multi-game attendance.

We use a SaaS + revenue share model for our services. Our engineering teams develop Android applications, internal platform components, fullstack consumer experiences, AI infrastructure, and martech solutions for attribution, audience management, analytics, and sponsorship tracking. We also specialize in platform support for ticketing, inventory management, troubleshooting, and reporting for client events.

Mission & Values

Our mission is to empower teams and entertainers to build fans for life. We live by these core values: “Begin and build with trust,” meaning we emphasize respect, commitment, and integrity.
