Job Title: Senior Designer

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Creative All-round Designer to join our team.
This role requires a multifaceted individual who can seamlessly blenddigital, video, print and UX design with a keen eye for detail and innovative thinking. As a Creative Allrounder, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, primarily for B2B brands. The ideal candidate is not only skilled but also a team player, reliable, committed to meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work.
What you will be doing:
- Produce a diverse range of B2B communication materials for Print, Digital assets, eDM Campaigns (UX) and video.
- Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including brochures and large-scale technical documents, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
- Perform basic motion graphics and video editing to produce dynamic and engaging multimedia content.
- Understand and adhere to corporate design and brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions for B2B clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and integrate feedback into design iterations.
- Commit to project timelines and maintain high standards of bot quality and creativity.
- Work closely with Project Managers to scope out work, and estimation of time and effort.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Minimum of 4-7 years combined experience as a Senior Integrated Designer
- Experience working for a fast-paced environment, Creative Agency experience.
- Has an excellent understanding of the technical constraints and design requirements
- Has outstanding all-round design skills, with in-depth knowledge of Adobe CS and After Effects
- Good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Corporate Brand Guidelines
- Deep understand of Design systems, typography, technical specifications and Art Direction
- A true team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Adaptable and open to learning new skills and approaches.
- Passionate about design and creativity, with a keen eye for details and quality control.
- Work well under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
- A communicator, who proactively shares project statuses, roadblocks and challenges.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
