Junior Recruitment Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Administrator. This role offers hands-on experience in executive search and recruitment operations, with a clear pathway to a full-time position based on performance and mutual fit. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, tech-savvy, and eager to develop a career in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

•       Provide administrative support to recruiters throughout the search process

•       Conduct market research and candidate sourcing using various databases and platforms

•       Assist with content creation for marketing materials, social media, and client communications

•       Support basic marketing tasks and digital outreach initiatives

•       Utilize AI tools and technology to enhance productivity and research capabilities

•       Maintain and update candidate databases and internal documentation

•       Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
