Our client, an executive search firm, is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as a part-time remote onboarding consultant. The role involves meeting with pre-screened and qualified companies that have requested support with their open positions.

The ideal candidate will be polished, articulate, and comfortable leading meaningful, high-level conversations about business priorities and hiring requirements. The consultant will represent the firm professionally while building trust and credibility with prospective clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
Call Delivery
- Listen attentively and maintain a polished, professional manner throughout every client conversation.
- Conduct one to three pre-arranged video meetings daily with prospective clients interested in executive recruitment services.
- Explain the value of the firmβs recruitment solutions clearly, with an emphasis on business results and return on investment.
- Lead each prospective client through a structured qualification process to determine whether there is a suitable mutual fit.
Client Handover & Follow-Through
- Work with the administration team to document agreed next steps, expectations, and timelines.
- Record important hiring requirements and business insights before smoothly transferring qualified prospects to the recruitment team.
- Follow up promptly with leads and newly onboarded clients, responding to any questions they may have.
Record-Keeping & Process Improvement
- Monitor personal pipeline results and suggest practical process improvements that could strengthen conversion rates.
- Enter call notes, lead statuses, and next steps into the CRM and Slack immediately following each interaction.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and standard office software to document activity and manage pipelines.
Recruitment Experience: At least two years of success in full-cycle recruitment or consultative B2B sales, including closing service engagements.
Independent Reliability: Able to manage time without close supervision and consistently achieve agreed KPIs from a professional home office.
Listening and Qualification Skills: Uses thoughtful questions to identify needs and summarizes important details to confirm understanding.
Communication Excellence: Demonstrates clear and confident written and verbal communication, translating complex hiring solutions into accessible client language.
Extensive Career History: At least 25 years of previous professional work experience in any field.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Quickly evaluates client feedback and available information before recommending useful process improvements.
