Job Summary
Lead operational marketing and market research initiatives aimed at generating qualified opportunities, optimizing event participation, and gaining strategic insights into customers and markets. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of outreach campaigns (emailing, calls, surveys) and for producing analytical reports that support commercial and marketing decision-making. Handles day-to-day operational tasks, including process management and performance metrics. Supports marketing teams by ensuring efficient execution of campaigns and workflows, and contributes to the optimization of marketing operations.
The position is based in the Madrid office, we have a hybrid work model and excellent flexible working practices. Applicants must hold valid Right to Work in Spain to apply for this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth analysis of marketing performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Design and execute direct outreach campaigns (email and calls) to promote and invite audiences to events, webinars, and brand activities.
- Ensure high-quality marketing databases by overseeing data cleansing, segmentation, enrichment, and scoring to drive scalable growth and performance optimization.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize marketing workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, external agencies involved in surveys, and service providers to ensure alignment and quality execution.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, marketing metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies by providing insights into operational efficiencies and constraints.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Lead efforts to implement advanced segmentation strategies in the CRM, ensuring accurate targeting for marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the activation of CRM-driven campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and integration with broader marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and event KPIs, ensuring end-to-end performance traceability and driving continuous optimization through data-driven insights.
- Plan and coordinate market research projects, including survey design, audience segmentation, execution, and results analysis.
- Produce strategic reports and insights based on qualitative and quantitative data (surveys, CRM, digital campaigns, etc.), identifying trends and opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign impact and deepen market understanding.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sociology, Business Adminstration, Market Research and similar areas.
- Strong experience in marketing operations, data management, or process optimization.
- Expert analytical and technical skills, excellent communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software. Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- High analytical skills and strong command of reporting tools (advanced Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies. Preferably with previous experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity environments.
- Understanding of Brazilian market and fluency in Brazilian Portuguese would be an advantage.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
