KIND

We started in 2004 as a food and beverage company. We make healthy snacks like whole nut and fruit bars, granola bars, and clusters. Our products use whole nuts, grains, fruits, and spices.

Our lineup includes KIND Healthy Grains Energy Bars and KIND Kids School Friendly bars. We make the Kids bars on dedicated lines so they’re peanut-free, tree nut-free, and gluten-free. Many of our products are certified Kosher and Non-GMO Project Verified.

We aim to make snacks with minimal sugar, avoiding artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols. Our products range from 4-21 grams of total sugar. We handle everything from external manufacturing quality and demand planning to managing relationships with our food service customers and analyzing sales for our retail partners.

We started KIND with the idea of creating a kinder, healthier world, making kindness a core part of everything we do. Our mission is to inspire kindness, one tasty snack and good act at a time.

We have between 501-1000 team members. We foster a culture of teamwork, caring, and inclusivity, and we encourage everyone to treat each other with respect and maintain a positive attitude. We call our staff “team members” instead of “employees.”

Our work environment is dynamic, ambitious, and fun. We support our team members with flexible work schedules and mindfulness resources. We promote community involvement, offering 8 hours of company-sponsored volunteer time each quarter and an annual day of service. We also match charitable donations up to $1000 annually.
