We are a private equity firm founded in 2006 (though we started developing our approach in 2004). We integrate people, ideas, and capital into our private equity investments. Over the past 15 years, we’ve built a unique platform. We have two main businesses: private equity investment, where our affiliate Kingfish Capital Partners deploys capital across various investments, and an advisory business. Our advisory team helps private equity sponsors find, invest in, and grow companies. Each year, we’re involved in hundreds of private transactions. This gives senior executives broad access to private equity advisory, board, and operating roles. We act as both an investment partner and a strategic advisor to private equity firms.
