Kinsta was founded in 2013 to provide managed WordPress hosting. We offer enterprise-grade speed, security, and support, specializing in areas like Enterprise WordPress Hosting, High-Availability WordPress Hosting, and expert support. Our services use container technology, IaaS, PaaS, and PHP.

Our platform includes isolated containers for each site, robust cloud infrastructure, and performance-tuned servers. We offer ²⁴⁄₇ expert support and uptime monitoring. To achieve up to a 99.99% uptime SLA, we use 27 data centers, a CDN, Cloudflare DDoS protection, two enterprise firewalls, and a private network. Our security features include a fully managed WAF with DDoS protection, free malware removal, flexible access management, and multiple backup options.

Our support team has over 40 engineers and offers help in 10 languages, with a 98% customer satisfaction rate. We also provide a unified dashboard for site management, one-click staging, daily automatic backups, and bulk actions. All plans come with Enterprise DDoS protection, CDN, advanced caching, backups, migrations, uptime monitoring, SSL certificates, and redirects manager.

We work with agencies, enterprises, and small to medium businesses. More than 140,000 businesses and brands globally use our services, accounting for over 3 billion monthly visits and transferring more than 5,000 TB of data monthly across 51 data centers and 300 CDN locations. In 2024, we launched over 40,000 new sites.
