Your role at Kittl

As our Growth Associate, you will drive user growth across the full funnel - from onboarding and activation through retention and expansion. You’ll own experiments, campaigns, and content initiatives that drive measurable impact on our key growth metrics.

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who thinks in funnels, tests hypotheses, and builds programs that scale. Lifecycle and CRM are parts of your toolkit, but so are product launches, educational content, and cross-functional growth initiatives. We’re looking for someone who can spot an opportunity, design an experiment, and execute it - end to end.

What you’ll do

  • Drive growth campaigns: Own always-on campaigns across email and in-product - lifecycle, retention, winback - and bring your own experiments to the table

  • Support product launches: Partner with Product and Engineering to drive feature discovery and adoption at launch through email, in-product messaging, and education

  • Run growth experiments: Test messaging, segmentation, and timing across the funnel; measure performance and iterate with a clear learning cadence

  • Own user education: Elevate our user education hub - feature walkthroughs and onboarding content that helps users get value faster

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering to define events, triggers, and tracking; align growth initiatives with Product and Design

What you’ll need

  • Experience: At least 2 years in growth, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing

  • Growth thinking: You identify opportunities and bring ideas you can also execute on - not just a doer, but a thinker

  • Data comfort: You’re comfortable working with metrics, interpreting experiment results, and using data to prioritize and iterate

  • Execution mindset: Strong owner who runs campaigns end-to-end with minimal oversight and manages multiple workstreams at once

  • Clear communication: You communicate with clarity and impact - compelling to users, clear to stakeholders

  • Platform confidence: Comfortable with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g. Customer.io)

  • Interview with Head of Growth (30 min)

  • Take home assignment

  • Technical Interview, present case study (45min)

  • Bar raiser interview with Chief of Staff (45 min)
