π‘The Role
We’re looking for a (Senior) Associate Growth Manager to own paid social strategy and performance for a portfolio of high-value DTC and e-commerce clients.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a principled, performance-obsessed marketer with deep META expertise and a background in direct-to-consumer brands.
You’ll engineer winning strategies, transform complex data into decisive action, and directly influence results for category-defining brands.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outsmarting the competition, thinks in frameworks, and knows how to turn ad dollars into measurable growth.

β Engineer and execute winning META strategies that consistently exceed client KPIs.

π― Own full-funnel paid social performance across your book of accounts.

β‘ 3+ years of paid social experience managing high-budget accounts ($500K+/month).
π D2C / E-commerce background β you understand the unique dynamics of direct-to-consumer brands.
π± META media buying expertise that sets you apart from your peers.
π Absolute spreadsheet mastery β advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
π Proven track record of solving complex challenges independently.
π€ Confident presenter β ability to command a room during high-stakes client presentations.
π§ Principled thinker β you approach marketing with frameworks and first-principles reasoning.
