We specialize in lab management systems, automation, orchestration, data management, and AI technology. We were formerly known as Labguru & Titian Software. We help scientists accelerate discovery and reduce costs by building connected, automated, data-centric, and AI-enabled labs. We combine Mosaic’s sample-centric lab operations with Labguru’s experimental-centric inventory, registration, ELN, and LIMS technology. Our offerings streamline lab operations, prevent data loss, and maximize research efficiency and accuracy.

We offer two main products: Mosaic and Labguru. Mosaic is a cloud-based solution for sample tracking, inventory management, and workflow automation. It integrates with over 150 devices and lab systems to coordinate workflows and reduce manual hand-offs. Labguru is a cloud-based platform for end-to-end lab data management, combining ELN, LIMS, inventory management, and AI-driven informatics tools. It helps scientists plan, document, track, and share their work, while also streamlining research and production workflows and improving collaboration.

We serve scientists, companies, and research institutions worldwide, from small biotech firms to global pharmaceutical companies. We have over 950 customers, including 8 of the top 10 biopharmas, and support more than 45,000 scientist users globally. Founded in 2007, we operate within the software development industry.

We build connected, agentic software for modern life science organizations, integrating data, samples, workflows, and people into a single, scalable digital foundation.

We have a global team of over 200 staff. Our headquarters are in London, UK, with additional offices in the US, Israel, and Poland, providing global support. Over 40% of our team is dedicated to product and R&D. Our leadership team includes Keith Hale (CEO), Jonathan Gross (CPO), Nick Gilhespie (CFO & COO), Laura Adams (CMO), Yaniv Toplian (CTO), and Graham Lipscomb (SVP Customer Services).

Sixty percent of our customer-facing team holds master’s degrees or higher, integrating scientific expertise with technological solutions. We aim to improve collaboration and operational efficiency across labs, helping them transition from manual, paper-based processes to autonomous digital workflows.
