Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting / Process Data Analyst to analyze data from reports, identify trends, and develop more effective, data-driven processes. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.
This position offers two remote days per week.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from operational, financial, and performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and stakeholders
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and optimized business processes
- Evaluate existing workflows and processes and propose data-driven enhancements
- Collaborate with business, operations, and IT teams to implement and track process improvements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting sources
- Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
- Monitor KPIs and measure the effectiveness of implemented process changes
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics
$25 - $28 an hour
