We are a capital markets fintech firm, part of FitchSolutions, specializing in structured finance. We built an end-to-end data management, reporting, and analytics platform for lending markets that brings transparency to loan-level data.

Our platform handles various transaction structures, such as securitizations, credit facilities, master trusts, forward flows, and bi-lateral trades. We standardize loan-level data and provide integrated analytics to help you analyze collateral. We cover asset classes like Consumer Unsecured, Mortgage (Non-QM, Prime Jumbo, RTL, 2nd Lien, HELOC, CRT, RPL), Solar, Student Loan, Point of Sale (BNPL), Auto (Prime and Subprime), Small Business, and Credit Card. Our datasets include Industry Benchmarks, Securitizations, and Whole Loan Portfolios.

Our product suite features Market Data, Deal Reporting, Portfolio Management, Credit Facility Management, Loan Pool Evaluation, Data Management, and Deal Structuring. Embedded analytics include a Cashflow Engine, Visualization and Cohorting, Performance Charting, and Saved Views and Scenarios. We serve over 600 issuers and investors, including investment banks, banks, originators, hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, and credit unions. The platform currently manages 1,300 transactions, 370 million loans, and $8 trillion in notional balance.

We use machine learning for loan pool evaluation. We’re also moving our backend services to Kotlin, though we still use Scala and Python. We also develop AI/ML solutions to get insights from unstructured banking documents, which helps us ingest data more accurately.
