We offer an AI-powered platform for human resources, performance management, and payroll. Our platform provides HR and AI tools for managing people, pay, and performance. It features an AI agent, “Ask Lattice,” that helps with leave policies, career growth, and manager coaching. We also provide analytics and engagement tools. We aim to help teams grow, lead, and succeed.

Executives, HR leaders, managers, and employees use our platform. It integrates with many technology stacks, including Personio, Teams, ADP, Jira, Google, Greenhouse, Gusto, UKG, Okta, Humaans, Slack, Salesforce, and Workday. Over 5,000 organizations use us, and our platform has facilitated the sharing of over 5.55 million pieces of feedback.

Our engineering teams improve the reliability and performance of our SaaS application. Our sales, customer-facing, and product teams focus on business growth, customer partnerships, and product development.

In our hiring process, we use AI to assist, but people make all final hiring decisions. AI tools help with administrative tasks like note-taking. We assess candidates based on their actual responses and qualifications. For candidates, our AI policy encourages using AI for preparation, practice, or research, but advises against misrepresenting experience, having AI interview for you, or generating answers during live interviews.

Globally, our headcount is 49.8% female, 49.8% male, and 0.4% non-binary. Our ethnicity data shows 60.3% White, 35% BIPOC, and 4.8% identifying as two or more races. Management headcount is 45% female and 55% male, with ethnicity at 69.2% White, 26.7% BIPOC, and 4.2% two or more races.
