The Role
We are looking for a CEO to lead Revup through its critical growth phase. You will:
- Prove Revup’s viability as an autonomous B2B payments company.
- Build and execute a coherent commercial and product strategy.
- Lead the spin-off from Leadtech’s internal structure.
- Align owners and investors on success metrics, including client acquisition, transaction volume, and profitability.
You will work closely with the leadership team to:
- Turn the roadmap and pipeline into an investor-ready story.
- Define success metrics and commercial targets.
- Design a motivating organisational structure and compensation model.
- Enable Revup to operate with autonomy while maintaining governance and risk oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Prove the business case: Deliver measurable growth, client onboarding, and transaction volumes within 12–24 months.
- Build an independent business: Lead legal, financial, operational, and HR separation from Leadtech.
- Drive revenue growth: Own the go-to-market strategy, client acquisition, and pipeline management.
- Develop the leadership team: Align roles, close skill gaps, and retain key talent.
- Create a performance-driven organisation: Implement fair, motivating compensation and outcome-based performance management.
- Stakeholder alignment: Lead governance meetings, build investor-ready narratives, and negotiate with owners.
Requirements – Must Have
- Senior leadership experience in B2B payments, acquiring, payment orchestration, or fintech.
- Track record of growing or turning around a business under time pressure.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (commercial, product, operations, risk, finance, HR).
- Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and low bureaucracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have: CEO/GM experience in a scale-up or spin-off, multi-geography enterprise merchant experience, and familiarity with AI-enabled development workflows.
