This senior role plays a key part in boosting our lead generation by securing high-quality, well-qualified appointments that drive conversions and revenue. Your responsibilities include:
Make outbound calls to secure quality appointments
Deliver confident, persuasive conversations with excellent objection handling
Meet and exceed conversion targets
Keep CRM data clean, complete, and updated
Analyze trends, raise insights, and improve the lead funnel
3–5 years of lead generation or sales experience
Minimum 1 year of B2B experience
Strong and consistent conversion history
Excellent spoken English – clear, engaging, and mature
Skilled in handling different prospect types
Highly organized and fast in adapting approaches
