We launched in 2014, founded by Eric Rea, after his father struggled to collect positive customer reviews for his tire shop. We started by developing a product to simplify review collection through text messages. This product grew into a multi-platform tool that helps local businesses operate more efficiently.

We offer an AI-powered platform for lead generation and management. It helps businesses convert leads and manage customer interactions. Our main product is an AI Employee that works ²⁴⁄₇. It responds to leads in under a minute, sets appointments, follows up with customers, and asks for/responds to reviews on different sites. The AI comes pre-trained with industry knowledge and can be customized to your business’s policies.

The platform centralizes communications. Businesses can manage calls, texts, website chats, reviews, and messages from third-party apps all from one inbox. Beyond converting leads, we also let businesses collect payments and send text marketing campaigns. Our specialties include online reviews, reputation management, review analytics, customer interactions, and SMS marketing.

We serve over 100,000 local businesses in various industries, including automotive dealerships, HVAC, aesthetics, home services, retail, jewelry, furniture, and medspas. Our AI solutions have shown significant results for clients: a 30% increase in revenue, 56% higher appointment show rates, 80% more after-hours appointments, and a 50% higher lead-to-sale conversion. The AI has also cut median response times by 72%, from over five minutes to under two minutes.
